Hello and hope everyone is having a great day.Yesterday, it was brought to our attention that our manifest of orders for USPS has an issue where it is populating recycled tracking numbers with dates of delivery sometimes showing as late as 2 months ago. There are no issues with any of our customers packages rest assured. Usps can from time to time recycle tracking numbers for 3rd party vendors including shopify which is what J Litty’s uses. After speaking with USPS they have informed us to tell you guys to reach out with the tracking number provided, even if it already says delivered, and they will be able to update you guys every step of the way and up to when it gets dropped off. We do apologize for this inconvenience as it is out of even our hands at this time and we wish we could implement a quick fix. Our team is watching all orders and is on standby to help assist if need be. Again, please reach out to USPS with your tracking number, and they can assist you from there for any order that was shipped today.
